The software explicitly acts as a Data Processor (handling data strictly on behalf of the school). The school remains the Data Fiduciary/Controller determining how data is handled.

2. Data Minimization & Purpose

Data collected (student names, parent contacts, grades, biometric attendance, financial details) is strictly minimized and used exclusively for administrative and educational purposes.

3. Zero-Marketing/Tracking Guarantee

The platform strictly prohibits targeted advertisements, student profiling, behavioral tracking, or selling data to third parties.

4. Data Deletion & Retention

Outlined procedures ensure immediate data deletion or return to the institution once a student leaves or the school terminates its subscription, adhering to strict retention limits.

5. Security Infrastructure

We enforce end-to-end data encryption (in transit and at rest), strict Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and host environments on local data centers ensuring data localization compliance.

6. Grievance Redressal

A dedicated Grievance Officer and Data Protection Officer (DPO) are available to handle data rights requests and security concerns.
