Schools are exclusively responsible for safely provisioning accounts and maintaining accurate role-based access for teachers, students, and parents on the platform.
2. Consent Framework
The school bears the burden of obtaining verifiable parental consent before onboarding minor students onto the platform.
3. Payment Gateway Compliance
Financial integrations for tuition fee collections are fully aligned with industry-standard payment security frameworks, including PCI-DSS Compliance. However, final transaction liability remains with the payment gateway provider.
4. Uptime & Liability Clauses
Defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) guarantee reliable uptime, structured maintenance windows, regular data backup intervals, and clear limited liability parameters in the event of an unexpected server outage or force majeure event.
